The unofficial fan page Stranger News tweeted, “By the time Stranger Things Season 5 releases on Netflix, Millie Bobby Brown will probably already be married.” In April, the Enola Holmes actress engaged the 20-year-old actor Jake Bongiovi. After dating for nearly two years, Brown shared an adorable picture of the pair subtly announcing their engagement. Even though the couple are yet to announce the details about the big day, fans are speculating it to take place earlier than the release of season 5. 

Despite several rumors of the show’s finale, there is no official date for its release. Previously, Finn Wolfhard sparked speculation that the fans might have to wait till 2025 for Season 5 during his interview with GQ. Meanwhile, the delay in the show’s release seems inevitable owing to the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike that began on May 1, 2023. On the other hand, fans could not help but react to the wild claim made by the fan page.

Shortly after the speculation about Millie Bobby Brown’s marriage, Twitter set ablaze as the fans could not help but react to the claim. The majority of fans seemed to agree with the claim. A fan hilariously added how the entire Hawkins Crew might tie the knot by the release. Another fan seemed hopeless as he commented, “Bold of you to assume we’re ever getting the final season.”
