Amidst all the other issues, an eviction notice has knocked on Ye’s door. The Yeezy owner is accused of not paying his office rent and the owner company CT Calabasas claims that he is behind on rent for two months, which costs over $63,254. The notice read, “Within three days after service of this notice on you, you must pay the amount of said rent in full or quit said premises and deliver up possession of the same to the authorized agent for your landlord.” If he fails to do the same, he risks facing a lawsuit for unlawful possession of the property.
