After Gaten Matarazzo, ‘Stranger Things’ Star Finn Wolfhard Stands Firm to Support the SAG-AFTRA and WGA Strike
Hollywood is facing one of the major crises with the ongoing SAG-AFTRA and AGA strikes. While all the actors and writers are standing on the picket lines to support the protest, the Stranger Things cast members are also coming forward. Young cast members of the show, along with a lot more experienced actors, showed up to support the strike. After the fan-favorite star, Gaten Matarazzo, another young star, Finn Wolfhard, appeared on the ground.
For more than 100 days, writers, later joined by the actors, have been protesting against the studios, causing production delays in many films and shows. One of them is a fan-favorite Netflix Original, Stranger Things, whose creators showed support for the strike. And now it is the cast members’ turn.

After Gaten Matarazzo sent fans into a frenzy with his adorable smile supporting the ongoing strikes, Wolfhard also made his stand on the issue pretty clear. Wearing a black T-shirt and a blue hat, Finn smiled while posing for a picture with a fan. A fan named Miles Berman posted this picture, which also has a strike board in the background, with the talented actor with a beautiful caption that read: “It’s not so Strange how studio-Busting has opened up this Enterprising Pandora’s box of wonderful new friends!”
Along with the young actors from the Netflix drama, David Harbour also openly expressed his support for fair deals for artists. Just weeks ago, the actor was spotted at a SAG-AFTRA strike location. Meanwhile, fans cannot wait to see the end of their favorite supernatural drama, as they are coming up with wild theories.
Dampening the excitement, however, is certainly the production delay due to the strikes, but all may not be lost for fans.
