A Debut in Rush? Post Henry Cavill Exit, ‘The Witcher’ Season 4 Seemingly Pushing for an Early Shoot With Liam Hemsworth
The Witcher season 3 will be the last time when we will see Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. Scheduled to release in 2 volumes, the Netflix Original will land on the streaming giant in June and July. Meanwhile, the production has already started preparing for Liam Hemsworth’s debut in the next season of the show.
Season 3 of the Netflix historic drama is in post-production, while there is a writers’ strike going on in Hollywood, according to the strike rules, the production cannot write or mingle with the script during the ongoing strike. However, as reported by Redanian Intelligence, The Witcher production has begun the casting calls for Liam Hemsworth’s debut season. Apparently, the casting agency of the show called for people of restricted growth. It is for an 8-part Netflix series with a code name Road Rage.

According to the post, the planned filming period is from September 2023 to May 2024. Although it does not say the call is for The Witcher, the description and clues indicate directly to the Netflix Original. Moreover, the codename of the casting call matches with the previous seasons’ pattern as well. Therefore, there is a high possibility of the casting call being for the upcoming season of the fan-favorite Netflix show.
While everyone is eagerly waiting for the third season to drop after watching an enticing teaser, the British actor will hand over his swords and medallion to the Australian actor, as he moves on to other big projects.
Henry Cavill is ready to move on from being The Witcher

After leaving the show that gave him huge fame, Cavill is off to live his other nerd dream with Amazon Studios. Cavill fans know he is an avid video game lover. Even he talked about how much he loved The Witcher video games as well. He even joked about a scene from the game that they ultimately deleted from the show.
However, as he ended his journey with the show, the Enola Holmes fame is going to star in and produce the live-action adaptation of his favorite game, Warhammer 40,000. Currently, there are not many details revealed about the production. However, Cavill fans cannot wait for him to appear with another stunning and passionate work.
