7-Year-Old Incident Put Oscar Winner Gwyneth Paltrow Under Legal Trial

And sliding down the snowy mountains may sometimes lead them to courtrooms as

businesswoman and actress, Gwyneth Paltrow and the trials that are currently
going on in the courtroom of Park City, Utah.

For the unversed, here are the details. A retired optometrist, Terry Sanderson
who is 76-year-old now has accused the actress of causing him severe injuries
during a vacation at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. According to the
accuser, she collided with him while skiing and left him with injuries such as
“broken ribs, and permanent traumatic brain injury,” and even robbed him of the
plain joys of life.

He also claimed that Paltrow exhibited a really casual attitude towards the
whole accident and kept on skiing with her entourage.


GWYNETH PALTROW COUNTER-SLAMS SANDERSON, ACCUSING HIM OF FALSE ALLEGATIONS

confirm that Paltrow’s lawyer, Steve Owens, also came back swinging,

these are allegations of no merit and great offense. The lawyer also accused him
of causing her a full-body hit that left the actress with minor injuries because
of which she could not ski the next day.

However, Paltrow confessed that he apologized to her the other day. The Academy
Award winner has reportedly sought $1 from her opponent for symbolic damages and
attorney fees.

an employee confirmed Sanderson’s wellness and explicitly mentioned that she
could depart.
