Netflix Wins Big at Critics Choice Awards Thanks to the Women of ‘Beef’ and ‘The Crown’ Taking Lead

The success stories of the past year of Netflix are finally taking the honors home with an astronomical flight and all clap of hands cue to the 29th Critics’ Choice Awards. Having dominated the screen time of the Globes with limited series like Beef and the last chapter of the royal story with The Crown, the shows are making it big for this year’s red carpet accolades. Taking the trophy for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at the Critics Choice Awards 2024 home with utmost authority is Elizabeth Debicki for The Crown.

Exerting the womanhood power with exact matriarch energy, Maria Bello has bagged the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Made for Television for Beef. Netflix rules with Beef at the Critics’ Choice Awards 2024

Ali Wong became the recipient of the Best Actress award in a Limited Series at the Golden Globes just days ago. Keeping steadfast on the winning streak, she now has taken home the Critics’ Choice Awards for Best Actress in Limited Series or Movie Made for Television. But Beef’s run for titles does not end here.

Steven Yeun, the male protagonist of the series, has also secured the title of Best Actor in a Limited Series for the 2024 Critics’ Choice Awards. Furthermore, like a cherry on top, Beef has earned the accolade of the Best Limited Series for this year’s Critic’s Choice Awards too.
