Henry Cavill knows how to don a character the best because the first trait that he acquires is their combat prowess. Such was also true for his swordsman spirit as Geralt. In The Witcher, Cavill mastered this characteristic and went on to give several one-shot fight sequences. One of the most remarkable ones was from the scene in Shaerrawedd in the third installment.

Additionally, Cavill also acquired the title, the Butcher of Blaviken, after the one-shot fighting sequences in the first season. The aim was to make the viewers feel like they were part of the scene Cavill was acting. Therefore, the flow to be smooth as butter was a priority. Cavill, being a dedicated performer and avid fan of the Witcher books and games, not only took that into account but also fulfilled the role with as much density.
