How She Hulk Fans Are Bringing Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool in Post Credit Fiasco

Marvel Cinematic Universe has always been under the spotlight whether they are releasing a movie or not. It is one of the most popular film franchises, with many superhero shows and films under its belt. MCU is a hot topic, and fans can’t seem to get enough of the drama that evolves out of it. Likewise, another series from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, She-Hulk: Attorney at Lawhas become the talk of the town for good or bad reasons.

One scene, in particular, attracted a lot of attention from the fans. The part featuring rapper Meghan Thee Stallion has split the Marvel fandom in two as some feel it would have been a different story if Ryan Reynolds did a similar scene in Deadpool. But what is the scene about?

Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool dragged into the She-Hulk controversy

MCU’s post-credit scenes have always had great significance in the movies. Similarly, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is no exception. However, this time it seems like Marvel has taken a different approach. In one scene, Jen helps her ex-colleague win a court case against Asgard, who impersonated Grammy Winning rapper Meghan Thee Stallion. However, what Jen does after her victory raises some eyebrows.

Jen (Tatiana Maslany), along with the MCU impersonation of Megan, begins twerking in the courtroom. According to some fans, both She-Hulk and Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool are unfiltered characters, and if Ryan got treated with appreciation and lauding, Jen should also receive a similar response. Furthermore, both films had bizarre post-credit scenes but received opposite reactions.

A series of praises and criticism flood Twitter following the post-credit-scene. While some viewers were overwhelmingly positive, others there thought otherwise. Here are a few fan tweets:

Regardless of the controversy, the scene is similar to the She-Hulk character from the comics, who is goofy and involved in all sorts of wacky antics. As of now, the Sweetest Pie hitmaker and the studio are yet to comment on the issue.
