Ushering to the same theme where global peace lies under threat, One Piece and Spy x Family, both have manga and anime precedents. The Tatsuya Endo manga is a unique, entertaining, and wholesome series that is widely beloved as manga and anime. As it awaits the release of season two of its anime side, Steven Maeda has ushered some hope for it. In an interview with Comicbook, the One Piece showrunner admitted, “I love Spy X Family so much.”
He further went on to add that although difficult, getting the show to crossover into live-action would certainly be a delight to witness. The manga anime follows the tales of Twilight, a spy who builds a fake family to investigate his leads. The setting of a cold war, tinge of telepathy, comedy, action, and drama make it an entertaining piece. As already proven with One Piece, Maeda indeed does have the necessary skills and Netflix, the budget, to pull his vision off.
As Maeda plans on his next ventures, fans are already breathlessly awaiting season two of Monkey D. Luffy’s adventures.

Season two shall also introduce several new characters to the show, including Smoker, the next big-bad.
News of the casting of Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Kureha is also on the fly. The renewal shall also consist of fifteen episodes and have the cast back to reprise their acclaimed roles.
