It is also safe to assume that she has likely congratulated Steinfeld personally, given their decade-long friendship that began even before Swift entered the NFL world. Nonetheless, with the insider reports of Swift and Kelce's holiday plans together and them bonding with each other’s families, fans cannot help but picture a bright future for the couple too, much like Allen and Steinfeld.

In response to Travis Kelce's comment, many fans told the 35-year-old that he must be the next one to propose to Taylor Swift and get engaged before any other NFL players. They flooded the comments with "you’re next", "you next brother", "time for your move bro" and more. Many even shared their assumptions about the couple, wondering if Kelce is "scared of forever commitment". Meanwhile, some fans defended them with comments like, "maybe they don't want to get engaged it's their lives let them be". 

Considering Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld started dating- or at least made their relationship official- in 2023 and got engaged a year later, it is not entirely unreasonable for fans to hope Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to follow a similar timeline. However, from the looks of it, Hollywood’s newest 'it' couple is not quite ready to take that leap just yet.
