Further complicating his already formidable legal landscape, the Atlanta rapper now confronts a $1 million lawsuit filed by a group of teens.

According to a new report by Lawyer Monthly citing courtroom documents, four minors with adult plaintiffs Shemar Dacosta, Pholoso Mofokeng, Miles Jackson-Lea, and Olakunle Olatunji are allegedly suing Ye and Yeezy over a “hostile work environment.” They have urged a default judgment against his company, seeking over $1 million in damages. The defendants of the case named by the lawsuit are Ye, his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopolous, and Yeezy LLC.

The minors, aged from 14 to 17, assert they were brought with the promise of collaborating with the rapper to promote ‘Vultures 2. Discrimination related to ethnic backgrounds and individual orientation has been raised as a concern. While the challenging work environment in Yeezy previously landed the Atlanta rapper in legal trouble, this round of reiteration appears far more layered and complex because the lawsuit hurricane is not only his alone.

The controversy now extends to Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, with contentions not sparing her of the storm.

According to Lawyer Monthly’s report, the plaintiffs and claimants have not only named Ye behind the jaw-dropping assertions but also Bianca Censori. It has been reported that Censori contributed to providing “explicit materials” to the underage workers during the rapper’s plans to branch into the adult industry. The lawsuit also cites the indifference of the team in securing safeguard strategies to stop the youth workforce. 

The pair have been accused of compelling workers to view adult content, and the lawsuit seeks compensation for the “emotional distress, anxiety, humiliation, anguish, and depression” they had to experience. Although Milo Yiannopolous refuted the claims as per TMZ's report early on and stood by Censori against the lawsuit, neither the rapper nor the former chief of staff have filed an official response. Hence, the plaintiffs are looking forward to a default judgment, with each seeking around $300,000 in compensation.
