Ye Leaves Fans Frustrated as 'Vultures 2' 'SLIDE' Music Video Falls Flat
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Ty Dolla $ign had already disappointed fans by failing to release the second volume of ‘Vultures’ several times. But even after finally putting out the album, it did little to shift the sentiment among fans. ‘Vultures 2’ received a response that was far from enthusiastic. To make matters even worse, multiple controversies plagued the release as well. And now, despite Ye trying to do some damage control by releasing a flashy music video for the track ‘SLIDE', it could barely spark any excitement in the masses.
Ye, after a long hiatus, finally appeared on social media to announce that his ‘SLIDE’ music video is out now. He also announced, “KOREA LIVE STREAM TONIGHT ON YEEZY.COM.” The announcement, however, seemed more geared toward the Korea live stream, given that the ‘SLIDE’ music video had already been around for nine days. However, the post did not do much to mask fans’ disappointment with the whole ‘Vultures 2’ project. The ‘Donda’ rapper is about to perform his first Korean concert in 14 years.

It is no secret that Ye is going through a rough patch in his career- be it music or personal life. From lawsuits to financial hits, a storm of troubles has hit the once-billionaire rapper. Ye was also accused of using AI in his songs after the release of ‘Vultures 2’. And fans again reminded Ye of this with comments like, “Stop using ai ye”, and “AI music videos AI verses what’s next an AI album”.
Some fans aired their grievances about ‘Vultures 2’ with comments like, “I miss the old Kanye” and “album was unsigma”. A big chunk of fans also called for a deluxe version of ‘Vultures 2’.
