Ye Launching a Crypto Currency: Rapper Claims Current Coins Are “FAKE”

Following the high-profile controversies encircling Ye, formerly Kanye West’s social presence, his vanishing act turned out to be the calm before the storm. With his return to the social grid, the Atlanta-born rapper doubled down on his antisemitic rant while tooting the horn of his Yeezy empire all along. And just when fans thought that was it for Ye-centric plot twists, the artist dubbed all the present coins “FAKE,” promising to launch his very own digital tokens next week.

In fact, the ‘Vultures’ mastermind would love to bring Will Smith and Richard Lovitz onboard with his crypto currency ambitions. In a separate tweet, the rapper returned to his antisemitic rant for a while before declaring his love for the Jewish community, citing their efforts to help black people make money. Although the currency launch announcement followed his ugly patterns of bringing conflicting symbols in tow, fans, nevertheless, were quite hyped about the news.

While time binds people in more ways than one, Ye has been the only artist to run on his own timeline. As a result, despite his pledges for a next week drop, concerns surround whether he will abide by it ultimately.
