As the Atlanta rap king took his beats on a whirlwind tour through Asia, the hype shot through the roof—so much so that even A-listers were clearing their calendars just to watch Ye work his magic live. But since delays and Ye are like besties who never part ways, his second listening party in Haikou City, China, set for September 21, just got hit with one such classic plot twist. He hopped on Instagram to break the news, pushing the party back to September 28.

The ‘Donda’ rapper’s first listening party in Hainan province was an absolute smash—think endless F-bombs, a sneak peek at new tracks, and, of course, a classic Ye rant. With all that fire, the second listening party was set to be an even bigger spectacle. But now, with the sudden hold-up, the question is: will the hype still hit the same when the day finally comes? While no official reason for the holdup has been given, one can bet it has frustrated fans.

Ye knows his listening parties have been leaving fans with a sweet aftertaste, and now he is aiming for an even bigger global splash! Yefanatics on X recently dropped a teaser video, hinting at both confirmed and rumored events trailing in his wake. While fans are counting on the rescheduled second listening party in China, there is also a juicy rumor about a Thailand stop on September 27.

With the shuffle in dates, though, the confirmation status on the Thailand listening experience seems a bit shaky. However, the same snippet got fans speculating about potential shows in Japan, Italy, and three more European stops in the near future. Whether those rumors will turn into reality is still up in the air, but for now, all eyes are glued to Haikou City.
