In a recent interview with Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture ahead of WWE Bash in Berlin, they were asked if there is a Taylor Swift song they would dedicate to each other if they were at the Eras Tour, reflecting on their dramatic WWE romance. Morgan did rattle her brain cells a little before quickly choosing ‘Love Story.’ 

This standout track is from Swift’s 2008 album ‘Fearless,’ which drew inspiration from the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. When Salcedo shifted the question to Mysterio, who corrected her by stating they are the most talked-about couple in WWE rather than just one of the most talked-about, he mentioned having a special attachment to an “old Taylor Swift song.” "I’d have to go on my phone because it’s not off the top", Mysterio said, leaving the specific track a mystery.

This was not the only Swift-related headline from the wrestling world in a recent while. A few weeks ago, CM Punk also made a statement in a reference to Swift that is still resonating with fans.

A few weeks ago on WWE RAW, during the August 19 episode, CM Punk made a notable comment during his promo. He talked about how fans around the world greeted him at Fanatics Fest NYC, with many even giving him bracelets—a gesture reminiscent of the tradition among Taylor Swift’s fans. “When fans hand me bracelets that they took the time to make, maybe a Taylor Swift thing, but let’s face it, I’m Taylor Swift for men,” Punk remarked.

The statement came as Punk announced he would face Drew McIntyre in a Strap Match at WWE Bash in Berlin. While he openly expressed gratitude for his fans' gestures, his self-dubbing as "Taylor Swift for men" was quite the fodder for tabloids. With this second Swift reference in just a few weeks, the WWE world, much like Travis Kelce, is seemingly also caught up in a new level of Taylor Swift obsession.
