A maestro of melody and fashion, Taylor Swift is known for dazzling crowds in glittering ensembles that rival the sparkle in her chart-topping hits. Her love for all things glitter extends beyond her shimmer-filler music videos to a bedazzled wardrobe adorned with sequins. From award shows to premieres, the 34-year-old effortlessly turns every red carpet into her star-studded runway with a blend of her elegance and glitz. Well, she achieves this effect by donning various pieces of statement jewelry.

Out of her many show-stopping looks, here are seven trinkets of greatest value the ‘Bejeweled’ singer has adorned in the past.

In 2017, Swift came out with one of her most successful albums to date, ‘Reputation’. The crowning jewel in that album was the ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ track which featured the glorious scene of Swift laying in a bathtub filled with diamond jewelry. Well, this bling from Neil Lane amounted to a whopping $10 million

The many pieces surrounding Swift were crafted by hand by the couture brand. Although the accessories were believed to be borrowed for the video, the impact they made on viewers through that scene is undeniable. It was certainly one of the largest amounts an artist had spent on a music video.

Another exorbitantly priced set of jewelry that appeared in the video followed the theme of her album.

The Bulgari accessories from Look What You Made Me Do

Besides the blinding bathtub sequence, Swift’s ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ carried one more scene with jewelry pointing in the direction of her ‘Reputation’ album’s serpentine theme. In the part of the clip where she was sitting on a throne, the 12-time Grammy winner’s arm and neck graced gold snake-shaped pieces worth almost half a million.

She had accessorized the swoon-worthy crimson red gown with an equally mesmerizing Bulgari diamond necklace and bracelet. The pieces from the Italian brand’s Serpenti collection carried an impressive collection of diamonds and rubies fit for royals.

Swift’s love affair with Lorraine Schwartz

One brand that the ‘Bad Blood’ singer is known to don most frequently is that of bespoke designer Lorraine Schwartz. For this year’s Grammy awards ceremony, she pulled up in large kite-shaped earpieces by Schwartz worth $3 million. The danglers adorned with lavender centerpieces complimented her violent-hued outfit spectacularly.

Along with her glimmering Roberto Cavalli dress, the now-deemed 2023 Time’s Person of The Year carried almost 140 carats of precious stones in her earrings alone. These included gems like sapphires, tourmalines, and her trademark stone, diamonds. The pair certainly did the job of turning heads.

The 34-year-old’s history with Lorraine Schwartz goes back many years.

The turquoise set from 2015

Eight years ago, Swift turned up at the Grammy Awards event in another ear studs and rings set by Lorraine Schwartz. Not only did she indulge herself with a large set of stunning aquamarine Paraiba studded opal earpieces but also a set of 3 rings made with the same stones.

Well, these opulent accessories set her back $1 million in total. The semi-precious stones from Brazil were surrounded by small diamonds in both her earpieces and rings. Meanwhile, the turquoise ensemble by Ellie Saab served as the perfect canvas for these glittering pieces.

A whole Lorraine Schwartz collection displayed at the Grammys

One year after showcasing her cool-toned attire at the Grammys, in 2016 Swift went clad in warm red and pink hues complimented by equally envy-inspiring jewelry perfectly. Another creation of Lorraine Schwartz, the three-tiered choker she wore, carried multi-colored diamonds. Put together with other accessories, this ensemble cost her a little under $1 million.

On her left hand, Swift had on a gigantic cocktail ring featuring a red ruby. In addition to the neckpiece and ring, she also donned medium-sized sapphire studs by the same designer. All in all, the set of three pieces lent her fit a playfully colored charm.

Not to forget the 12-time Grammy award winner’s love for bracelets.

When Taylor Swift graced the front cover in Cartier

When Swift won her first-ever Grammy over a decade ago, Marie Claire approached her to appear on the cover of one of their issues. To celebrate her milestone moment, the 34-year-old decked her wrists in bracelets by Cartier worth over $100,000.

These luxurious pieces were decked in white gold and her all-time-favorite, diamonds. In the feature, she shone in not one but four bracelets by the French conglomerate, each as captivating by the billionaire’s persona. Her love for such elegant and chic bracelets continues even today, as seen in her recent appearances.

Lately, the queen of pop has taken a liking to tennis bracelets, especially ones manufactured in a lab instead of mined ones. Apparently, for her extravagant 34th birthday bash in New York, she chose to go for diamond-studded tennis bracelets made much more sustainably than the ones she chose in the past.

Since these only cost $4,000 a piece, she reserves them for her more casual outings and even stacks them together sometimes. While spectating her beau, Travis Kelce’s NFL game recently, she rocked the same style of bracelets once again. Even Rihanna loves fashioning these bracelets into her ensembles.
