Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been teetering around making a real comeback since the beginning of the year. While the Atlanta rapper has released two volumes of 'Vultures' and has hinted at more, Ye has yet to reclaim fame in the classic 2016 Kanye West way. However, there have been talks that he may be planning to grab it by the jugular at a certain ComplexCon.

With all the biggest rappers gathering to give audiences the show of their lifetime, Joyboy and Mike Dean have amped up the ante in a very Ye-tastic manner.

Following his bombastic performances in South Korea and China, fans back home had been waiting for Ye to bring the magic to them and given the number of postponed listening parties at the beginning of the year, it has been a long time coming. However, Ye's appearance was mere rumor until both Mike Dean and Joyboy hinted at it. The former played 'Father Stretch My Hands' at the intro of the show, while the latter stated that Ye and Future were the surprise guests for day two.

Despite adding salt to the fire, Joyboy took a step back, stating that Ye was still in LA, which may have hindered his ability to make his way to ComplexCon. It is also rumored that the stage is set for Ye and Travis Scott to recreate their iconic performance from the beginning of the year.

While he has been working towards quenching their thirst, Complex Con will be the biggest stage that he will grace this year in terms of popularity.
