Goddard, who goes by the digital username ‘YesJulz’ is a talent manager, influencer, and entrepreneur. Her roles seemingly involved maintaining communications with Ye’s fanbase. Reportedly, she was also the one who livestreamed West’s Las Vegas listening party.

Recently, she made headlines after getting fired from West’s brand by the Chief of Staff, Milo Yiannopolous. The reason for her sudden layoff has allegedly to do a lot with her not complying with the NDA. Reports hint that during a stream, Goddard suggested Ye’s fans create an app for Yeezy’s online enthusiasts. She also detailed that a virtual currency would be credited through the app to purchase things. However, all of this required approval from West, but there was none. Hence, that led to her abrupt termination.

Following Goddard’s dismissal, Kanye West released a statement on his Instagram story on March 12 to inform about the same. But the drama was far from over.

After Julieanna Goddard’s immediate firing by Milo Yiannopolous, he also reportedly sent a letter to the creator citing a fine of a whopping $7.7 million followed by a separate not-so-professional email. The letter soon found space on social and even more quickly went viral. Shortly after, Goddard took to her X (formerly Twitter) to strike back at Yiannopolous for allegedly controlling “who gets hired + fired & when they get paid” by leaking some text messages from him.

In one of the texts, he supposedly demeaned Ye’s “megafans” with contemptible labels, alleging they have “developmental disorder”. For fans, it seemed like the perfect moment to back Goddard, since the texts were outright uncalled for. And given Ye himself has maintained neutrality beyond the discharge of necessary information, for fans, Yiannopolous’ attacks on Goddard have got them all the more protective. After all, Goddard is also a follower of Ye, and nothing weighs as heavy as his army’s strong association.
