While His $57,000,000 Mansion Rots, Kanye West Moves to a ‘Humble’ $20,000 Penthouse with Wife Bianca Censori
Kanye West has moved on in life but also into a new rental apartment. The ‘Donda’ singer seems to be settling well in his life slowly and steadily. Despite losing his contract with Adidas, and losing his billionaire status, he seems to be enjoying quite a luxurious lifestyle. While he is certainly working on getting back on track, his new family with his wife Bianca Censori is also focused on having a comfortable living.
The rapper is known to be a good designer as well, who flips all of his properties upside down for his tastes. But the loss of his wealth led him to stop his Malibu mansion’s makeover. On the other hand, he has moved into a rather exquisite $20,000 apartment now.

Kanye West is moving closer to his workspace. The rapper and his wife Bianca Censori have come out of their shell after months to get back their billionaire status. According to The US Sun, the duo has moved into a $20,000 worth of apartment now. The apartment on Melrose Avenue apparently consists of two bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms made according to Ye’s unique taste. The location of the apartment is important, considering its proximity to Ye’s new Yeezy office.
The not-so-humble abode apparently comes with a concierge, a private pool, a cinema, a cafe, a bar, and a lounge. It comes as a big but equally luxurious change, considering that they lived at Noby Ryokan for a long time since their union, costing them about $2000 per month. Previously, they were said to be staying at a $5000 room at the Amangiri Resort in Utah.
While they continue to hop from one amazing location to another, his assets continue to rot due to negligence and lack of funds.

Ye made news when he purchased his $57 million home in Malibu by the beach. It was supposed to be an ambitious project with Tadao Ando designs. Today, they have left it in ruins since work stopped after his Adidas split which has costed the actor quite a fortune.
The other property left halfway is his L.A. ranch, costing $14 million, which too is in ruins now. He is currently focusing on his Yeezy 10 project, building back his empire. Perhaps that will provide financial resources for him to complete his home in the future.
