Despite being a trailblazer during hip-hop's golden era, Ye (formerly Kanye West) has always harbored ambitions beyond the music industry. From his groundbreaking Yeezy line to his ventures with YEWS and his infamous run for the President, the Atlanta native has consistently thought of the sky as the limit. Now, as he lives the success of 'Vultures' with new releases and consecutive listening parties, he appears to be shifting focus from the 'Vultures' Middle East City plans for Droam to developing an accessory line.

Although fans might have believed Bianca Censori sparked his architectural instincts, Ye has opted to focus on his well-established expertise. Here’s a summary of everything known so far about it.

While anticipation for the release of ‘Vultures 1’ was at its peak, Ye was frequently spotted in the Middle East, where he recorded much of the album in a makeshift studio. In December 2023, reports suggested his ventures in the East were not limited to ‘Vultures’; he also planned to build his own city in the region, named YZY DROAM. However, according to a recent report by The US Sun, the Atlanta rapper has now registered a new trademark for a brand called Droam, focusing on an accessory range.

The brand now includes a range of items, from umbrellas and whips to shoulder and tote bags. Should the trademark get approved, it might even become the launch pad for Ye to release a range of Droam gym collections. Given that his fashion ventures have been as groundbreaking as his impact on rap, it remains to be seen whether his Droam accessories line achieves similar success to that seen with Yeezy.

When the world was fixated on updates about ‘Vultures 1’, Ye was immersed in grander ambitions, specifically, in his plan to build a city called DROAM in the Middle East. Though Ye has always had bold career aspirations, this project could have been his most ambitious yet. Several fan pages dedicated to the rapper announced the creation of the city on X, but details about the project were not disclosed.

At that time, the city was said to be in Phase 1 of development, covering an impressive 100,000 acres—roughly twice the size of New York City. The announcement also indicated that the rapper was actively seeking collaborators, including project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and builders, to join the project. However, the need for these collaborators may have diminished, as the rapper has returned to his home base, aiming to replicate his well-known success.
