For months now, Kanye West has been teasing fans with his promised ‘Vultures’ album. Although the rapper already had a listening party in Dubai last year for his project, it ended up being pushed to the sidelines. Now, after 3 delays, the rapper has been setting up for another listening party in Chicago, the day before his Ty Dolla $ign collaboration has been scheduled to finally drop.

With Ye getting ready to hype up his album, more updates have been making their way online. The most recent one proves that there might be absolute chaos unfolding at his upcoming album launch party.

Kanye West gears up for his second ‘Vultures’ listening party

With only hours to go before Kanye West, Ty Dolla $ign, and maybe even North West, make their way to the United Center in Chicago, an update about the venue made its way online. A post on X (formerly Twitter) revealed that the stage for the rapper and his entourage was being built for the ‘Vultures’ listening experience. The clip showed fans how big the stadium was and showed that Ye might have some plans in store.

While the 46-year-old might be known for his creative genius, he ended up stunning the world with his outfit at the last listening event for the album. Although some fans have already heard snippets from the album, there is no saying how much the rapper has ended up changing in the last few months with the collaborators admitting to be working on the album once again.

Considering the last-minute preparations and uncertainties, fans are fearful the event might turn into an encore of the first listening party for ‘Vultures’. 

Everything that went wrong at the first listening party in Miami

A similar buzz had gripped Ye’s fans in December last year when he sampled ‘Vultures’ at a rave. However, walking away from it, most folks had mixed feelings about how it went, owing to some mismanagements. First, the rave was halted in its middle, which was attributed to the unavailability of a mere cable. After it resumed, it ended prematurely when Ye’s team announced that the authorities had asked them to leave!

Apparently, they did not have permission to go on beyond a certain time stamp. Then, as the attendees made their way home slightly perplexed, updates emerged that the ‘Donda’ rapper may be in trouble for using unauthorized samples by Backstreet Boys and Nicki Minaj in the tracks. Hopefully, today’s experience will not echo similar issues and will go more smoothly for Ye’s reputation’s sake.
