Over time, the controversy has sparked heated debates, with fans and media outlets weighing in on the contentious relationship between Ye and Swift. Ed Kelce, who seemingly launched an attack on the rapper commenting on his song, is here to explain his remarks. The 52-year-old took to his Facebook yet again and clarified, "My comment on Kanye West was not a criticism". He explained that it was concerned for his mental health, which appeared as a taunt aimed at the rapper. He continued explaining that Ye’s “behaviors and comments indicate paranoia and over-inflated self-worth."

Further acknowledging Ye’s bipolar diagnosis and the long-standing feud with Taylor Swift, he noted that his actions cannot solely be attributed to drug use, as many clean and sober individuals display similar traits. Ed expressed hope that Ye is apparently seeking help, calling him a "talented guy." The Cleveland native made it clear that his initial reaction to the song focused more on the rapper’s mental health rather than criticizing him.

Ed Kelce, the father of NFL player Travis Kelce, reacted to Ye's recently released ‘LIFESTYLE (Demo)’. Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, was name-dropped alongside Taylor Swift, Ye’s arch-nemesis for ages. The track, from Ye and Ty Dolla $ign's album 'Vultures 2', features Lil Wayne rapping, "I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce."

The mention sparked Ed Kelce's attention, prompting him to post about the song on social media.
