I ain’t tryna flex, I’m a little bossy,” says Doja Cat in her chart-topping single ‘Boss B*tch’ from ‘Birds of Prey: The Album’. The song wreaked havoc on social media and fans began to see in Doja Cat the next Nicki Minaj. After all, she is one of the strongest rappers to emerge in recent years. However, it was not just her music that fans accepted and adored. From hyping her up as she bejeweled every inch of her body in red stones to pretending to understand her cat talk at the MET Gala this year, they embraced the entire package.

It was not until recently that fans realized there was a lot of truth in the lyrics of ‘Boss B*tch’ as she began to mock her own fans. And fans even brushed it off earlier. It is when she humiliated the entirety of her fandom by making fun of their name ‘Kittenz’ on Threads that fans their foot down.

In the midst of being titled the most ‘underrated female artist’ while her track ‘Woman’ was reigning high on the charts, the Grammy winner has brought her career to a standstill with recent controversies.

What started as a harmless blocking of a few fans disguised under the blanket of ‘my life my rules’ turned into all-out hating on them.

After blocking several fans who spoke against her alleged boyfriend, she seems to have pushed all the wrong buttons by mocking her own community’s name. And let’s just say, the ‘Kittenz’ are done purring now.

Fans welcome Doja Cat to the tone-deaf club

The ‘Woman’ singer’s advice to the fans who helped her go from nadir to the pinnacle to get off their phones and “get a job” has rubbed the same wounds that Kim Kardashian and Jaden Smith caused with their tone-deaf statements. In their defense, they were not mocking their own fanbase. Kardashian simply asked people to “get up and work.” And Smith just wanted someone to talk about politics. However, with Doja Cat, fans are really spotting the potential in her to destroy a career she fought to build.

On one hand, devoted fans inserted shocked Pikachu memes. On the other, those who had been noting her behavior simply asked, “y’all calling her weird NOW?

Doja Cat may not like the name ‘Kittenz’ anymore, but a few fans are alleging that she went to the lengths of doing a poll to choose a name for the fandom.

The singer is allegedly dating J Cyrus. With allegations ranging from racism to abuse, it seems like he walked in at the same time Taylor Swift wrote, “I knew you were trouble when you walked in.” But the ‘Get Into It’ singer definitely does not seem to think the same as she keeps blocking followers who pointed out the wrong in her rumored boyfriend. And if that was not enough, her telling them to get a job is serving as the last straw for them to leave the fandom.
