Seasons have changed, but the highly publicized feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has not stopped serving free entertainment to fans worldwide. The ongoing rap battle had become a spectator sport, with enthusiasts eagerly anticipating each new diss track with each passing day. However, with Drake's recent return to the scene, fans' hopes for a perpetual rivalry seem to be fading. Although the silence was unexpected, it seemed as if the 'God's Plan' singer had already decided to wave the white flag.

Drake has undoubtedly made a comeback with his new song, ‘No Face’, after a long hiatus. However, in doing so, he has also done away with fans’ anticipation of another rap face-off. While his song does address the rap beef, it did not have anything explicitly hitting at the ‘Not Like Us’ singer, as fans pointed out in their initial reactions.
