Kanye West remains in the limelight with or without his physical appearances or new album release. The ‘Donda’ singer has gone underground for the past few months following several controversial public interviews. In his absence, the people who have worked with him are making the headlines by revealing their experiences of working with the creative genius. Former Adidas-Yeezy employee Omar Bailey is the new addition to the list. He recently explained what it felt like to work with Ye.

Fans have seen West as a producer or rapper, but his entry into the fashion industry was something no one saw coming. While it lasted long, his split with Adidas came with many employees complaining against him. However, Omar Bailey does not share the same sentiment.

Both Adidas and Kanye West enjoyed their decade-long partnership before ending it on rough terms. The artist was not only a figurehead but also an active participant in the shoe design. It required him to work with people in the team, including the innovative head, Bailey. “The biggest thing I learned from him and the experiences is that impossible really is nothing,” he revealed on The Baller Alert Show. Ye encouraged him to go beyond the lines and experiment freely. He wrapped up the question about his learning from Ye, by stating how has told him to go beyond the boundaries.

The innovative head also reflected on his first meeting with Ye. While on a task, Ye wanted to make design changes without the process being slow or on an industrial level. His experience was similar to many who have worked with Ye before. During their meeting, they spoke and discussed ideas for 45 minutes. He commended the entertainer for holding an interrupted session.
