"Thank you North"- Fans Hail Ye’s 11-Year-Old Daughter for Blowing Life Into the Rapper’s Upcoming Album ‘Bully'
Over the years, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has drawn inspiration from people, places, nature, and even architecture. From the awe-inspiring AlUla deserts to Tokyo’s rich tapestry, from simple objects like a Le Corbusier lamp to memories of his 2002 car accident, Ye has searched many highs and lows for that elusive creative spark. However, it was only his 11-year-old daughter, North West, who managed to pull him out of the artistic flunk that left fans questioning if the rapper was losing his magic.
Ye is cooking a brand-new album, 'Bully,' and he recently credited North West for its birth. In a now-deleted post, the rapper shared a picture of his eldest daughter with the caption, “This little girl made me love music again.” According to the post, North West pushed Ye to create beats for her, which led the ‘Donda’ rapper to dust off his ASR and chop up some fresh sounds, ultimately bringing 'Bully' to life. In the post, Ye could not stop praising his daughter’s work ethic and her drive to spend time in the studio.

Ye also revealed that he has been creating beats at a speed he has not seen in years. As hinted at in the caption, the rapper also teased the recording sessions with his daughter. In fact, he has shared many snippets of the upcoming album in the last few weeks, some of which were controversial, to say the least. Nonetheless, it is truly refreshing to see Ye in such a positive space, especially after the rocky rollouts for the two volumes of 'Vultures.' Fans too are loving this new energy in Ye, and they have North West to thank for it.

Fans thank North West for sparking Ye’s passion for music again
Ye clearly sees greatness in his daughter, North West, and their past collaborations are the biggest proof of that. She rapped on the track 'TALKING' from 'Vultures 1' in 2024 and teamed up with sister Chicago West and Yuno Miles on the single 'Bomb' as well. Now, fans are awaiting her speculated feature in 'Bully,' while celebrating her role in revitalizing her father’s career. "Thank you North," wrote a fan.
That said, some fans are still wary that the upcoming album might be tainted by AI vocals as well, much like 'Vultures', as had been reported.
