At this point, the musical prowess and pop culture influence of a singer with her roots as a teenage country musician may appear too challenging to be true. However, with sheer grit, Taylor Swift pulled off the feat and summed up the role of her fans in the same as she thanked the Swifties at the end of her Australian leg of the Eras Tour in Sydney. “And we have had the most wonderful time, I’ve got to tell you that,” remarked the singer.
Swift also noted the fans’ role in marking her firsts such as the only artist to ever host four straight shows at Sydney’s Accor Stadium. “I guess what I’m trying to say is that you make me feel like the man,” noted the singer while performing her ‘The Man’ right after. Remarkably, the four-day shows in Sydney had a more than 80,000-strong crowd come out on each of the four days of the star-studded shows.
The next stop for Taylor Swift and the Eras Tour will again mark a first for her personally even as it may have caused a stir between two countries.

Starting from March 2 through March 9, Taylor Swift will take over Singapore in her only South Asian leg of the Eras Tour. Furthermore, as the six successive days of concerts mark a new feat for her, it brought the Thailand PM to level allegations against Singapore. Srettha Thavisin blamed its South Asian counterpart nation for subsidizing the tour with anywhere between $2-$3 million.
The leader alleged that the deal between the organizers and Singapore happened to maintain exclusivity over the latter being the only South Asian host to the Eras Tour. Additionally, he also believed that the tour may have cost cheaper both for the organizers and the visitors if Thailand played the host. Regardless, the remarks came even as the broader economic impact of Taylor Swift and the Eras Tour entered the picture.
