Usually, things that are done stay done, just as time once passed cannot be reclaimed, but that is not the case in Taylor Swift’s world. If something threatens her success, Swift has a knack for resetting the clock and turning back time. Despite being a regular fixture atop the Billboard charts, the pop star encountered a setback that interrupted her impressive record of milestones. However, it seems she is not ready to give up just yet. The 34-year-old is now setting sights on reclaiming her throne with her 11th studio album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’.

Barely a week after her surprising dethronement, the ‘Karma’ singer appears ready for a comeback that could define the year.

Taylor Swift recently lost her top position on the Billboard 200 after a 12-week run with ‘The Tortured Poets Department’. Just as she was about to mark a milestone with her 13th week, she had to bid an early farewell to the record book. However, within roughly a week, Hits Daily Double reported that her record-breaking 11th studio album is now set to reclaim the top spot for a 13th nonconsecutive week.

The 34-year-old pop star is expected to sell nearly 75,000 units, with Morgan Wallen’s ‘One Thing at a Time’ following once again, projected to sell 67,000 units. On the third spot, Zach Bryan’s ‘The Great American Bar Scene’ is estimated to move around 64,000 units. The report also indicates that no new releases are anticipated to break into the Top 20.

For Swift, if the statistics hold true, it would be a significant victory, especially since the Detroit rapper, Eminem, who dethroned her is expected to fall far behind in the Top 20.

A little over a week ago, Taylor Swift’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ lost its uninterrupted reign at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 when Eminem released his latest album, ‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)’. Swift’s album dropped to fourth place in its 13th week, selling 82,000 units, while Eminem’s new release surged to the top with 281,000 units sold. However, Hits Daily Double forecasts that Eminem’s album will likely fall to the fifth position.

‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)’ is expected to move 52,300 units, while Swift is projected to lead with 75,000 units. Despite recently endorsing Swift and namedropping her during his latest album's promotional stint with Complex, it seems Eminem’s entry to the Taylor Swift fan club only served to highlight her return to the top as she aims to rewrite history with her byline.
