Taylor Swift Set to Generate a Whopping $2 Billion, Days After Making It to the Coveted Billionaire List
Recently, the world watched as Taylor Swift proved that it was her world and they were only living it in. Just days after making the Forbes Most Powerful Women list, the 33-year-old was named Time’s Person of the Year. However, it did not end there. The singer was also recently featured in StubHub’s 2023 Year in Live Experiences as her ‘The Eras Tour’ became the top experience.
While she has been making waves all across the globe with her music, the tour has continued to break records right in the United States of America.

According to the reports from Variety, Swift’s tour reached another milestone. It ended up making $1.04 billion in ticket sales. While that made her the first artist to ever hit that milestone, it did not stop there. Her tour could now generate $2 billion in its next leg. From March 2023 till November 2023, her tour made more than any other tours that took place and became a tremendous deal.
During her tour, Swift sold over 4.35 million tickets to 60 of her shows. While tickets alone were a massive figure, fans also spent around $200 million on purchasing merchandise. With the first leg of her world tour doing so well, there is no saying how much it will do once she resumes post her Christmas with her beau Travis Kelce. While this was a massive achievement that the star had reached, it came shortly after she topped another list.
Right since the beginning, The Eras Tour has been something of awe and fantasy. Once Swift turned it into a concert film, it took on a new life.

Just shortly before Taylor Swift was named Time’s Person of the Year, a post online revealed that the singer’s The Eras Tour concert film had broken another record. While she was not the first artist to decide to sell her concert tour tapes, she was the one with the highest amount of sold tickets and views. On the list were also Beyonce’s Renaissance, One Direction’s This is Us and more.

Although Swift’s film has done exceptionally well, the star has remained humble. She was recently spotted at her childhood friend, Emma Stone’s Poor Things premiere in New York. Just before that, she had made her way to London to join the Queen Bey as she premiered her concert tour for the first time.
