Sabrina Carpenter has served as the opening act for 26 of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concerts. This once-in-a-lifetime experience opened new doors of possibilities for the rising pop sensation. After replacing herself at #1 on the global Spotify chart for the first time in her career, Carpenter has now joined The Beatles as one of the only acts in Billboard Hot 100 history to place their first two top 3 hits in the region simultaneously, with no featured artists.
The top two songs in question are ‘Espresso’ and ‘Please Please Please,’ which are at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots, respectively. The Beatles made the same record 60 years ago with no other billed artists in the region simultaneously. After bidding farewell to Eras Tour, Carpenter shook hands with Kim Kardashian, a decision which drew significant backlash from Swifties. And the ‘Nonsense’ singer has recently responded to the controversy.
Sabrina Carpenter has spilled the beans about her talk with Taylor Swift regarding the controversial SKIMS campaign.

Sabrina Carpenter partnered with Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS for a sultry campaign earlier this year. Considering the history between the fashion mogul and Taylor Swift, many fans saw this move as a betrayal of the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer. Nonetheless, it appears that Swift had already given her blessing to Carpenter’s SKIMS campaign. In her latest interview with Rolling Stone, the Work It actress stated, “ I’ve been very, very communicative with her about that situation”.
Carpenter further assured that Taylor Swift was totally fine with the arrangement, despite the bad blood between both the ‘Red’ creator and Kardashian, which was also hinted at in ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’ Nonetheless, it really seems Sabrina Carpenter is carving out her niche to make pop culture history with the way she is maneuvering in the industry.
