Taylor Swift once again found herself under public scrutiny. The past few months have been a roller coaster ride for the pop icon, where controversies and achievements went hand in hand. From the Ticketmaster controversy, and fans’ bizarre health issues at her concerts, to the recent polluted transportation backlash, the year has not been all about her glories. Recently, the sustainability marketing firm Yard, pointed out how Swift is one of the celebrities most guilty of polluting the planet with their private jets.

The flood of backlash was imminent after this claim, prompting the songstress to sell one of her private jets. However, shortly after downsizing her collection of private jets, Taylor Swift took a flight on the same transport with her industry pals.

Taylor Swift flew on her Dassault 7X following the Super Bowl 

Following the celebration of the Chiefs beating the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII, Taylor Swift took a flight to Los Angeles in the only private jet left with her. As per a report from TMZ, the pop star was joined by her friend, Blake Lively, who was also at the bleachers cheering for the Chiefs. Swift may have also taken some of her other friends on the flight, including TayTay, which is not impossible as the Dassault Falcon 7X can carry up to 16 passengers.

After landing in Los Angeles, Swift, along with her friends, hopped onto the SUVs waiting for them and moved along. The recent reports of her private jets prompted researchers to dig deeper. They found out that Swift single-handedly emitted tonnes of CO2e- 1,184.8 times what a normal person emits each year. While many fans felt that it was not fair to blame her alone for climate change, liberals of the same constituency who applauded Swift for her advocacy for voting rights and LGBTQ equality sought to bash the singer.

Now this is one of those times when Taylor Swift can make use of the advice of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, that he recently gave to her.

Ed Kelce’s advice to Taylor Swift about her approach to treating fans 

Taylor Swift is a sweetheart among her fans for her warmth towards them. This has been very evident in her concerts, where she has made her fans’ day with sweet gestures. As per Ed Kelce, if given a choice, Swift would go and interact with each of her fans crowding to see a glimpse of the singer. However, the father of the tight end advised Swift to stop trying to tick all the boxes. Recently, during a conversation with the Los Angeles Times, Ed Kelce stated “Taylor’s very gracious, but she can’t do everything.”

He implied that the 34-year-old should think about herself as well. Although his advice was in the context of handling the fan attention at football matches, Taylor Swift might use it in her recent private jet controversy too. From representing diversity in her music videos to using her social media platform to share her political opinions, Swift has repeatedly proved that she is not oblivious to the issues outside her musical career. But as Ed Kelce said, “she can’t do everything”.
