As a result, after bagging five nominations for the People’s Choice Awards, the songstress has not only emerged as a winner across categories but with four consecutive wins; she has made the scale heavy in her trophy closet. 

For the Swifties, this week calls for many reasons of celebration, and the big wins at the People’s Choice Awards are surely one among them.

Taylor Swift sweeps clean with victories at the People’s Choice Awards

Stars across all corners of the globe have merged at Santa Monica to witness the musical, television, and cinematic achievements of the year unfold before themselves. Being the big name whose wins made a sizeable space for every publication’s headlines in 2023, Taylor Swift flexed her trump cards to bag four wins out of five nominations. The singer won both Female and Pop Artist of the Year awards at the ceremony.

Furthermore, she also took home the trophy for the Social Celebrity Award after being the favorite social butterfly of all Swifties. Her concert film, The Eras Tour as well, got its deserving shout-out after turning up box-office fanaticism by winning the Concert of the Year Award. While the film did miss out on the Movie of the Year award for this event, knowing Swift, it might as well compensate with a win in the next one. 

While Taylor Swift marked the pages of history with four wins, Travis Kelce also did not fall short this trophy season.

This Cupid season, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are twinning beyond the ordinary with their success stories meeting at a merge. Hence, after Swift’s epic victory across four categories, the Chiefs’ tight end bagged his own with the Athlete of the Year Award. Having been partners through thick and thin, now it seems that the duo have extended their partnership through wins and wins. 

For Travis Kelce, this award marks a second victory within a week after the Super Bowl’s big win. Currently, the pair might be making space to fit the honoraries in their trophy closet. And since twice the win calls for twice the celebration, chances are that they might celebrate the cause in Down Under if the predictions for their Australian getaway sit right. If not, there always remains another time because this road of love story is a long one.
