On Easter Sunday, the pop star’s team dropped a surprise throwback video featuring her alongside her mother, Andrea Swift. Dressed in a fluffy bunny suit, a few months old Taylor Swift looked around and over the camera, waving her hands in an ever so adorable manner. The soundless clip of a few seconds bore the date stamp for March 14, 1990. Captioned as “Dropping easter eggs since 1989,” the video appeared to allude to something not obvious at first guess.
Most likely, the latest easter egg from Taylor Swift simply stands as a cute reminder that this very moment marked the first-ever Easter for the singer. Thus, the pop star's team may have just resorted to letting fans know the earliest roots of the singer. However, a few Swifties pressed hard that the video may hide clues such as a throwback song similar to Ed Sheeran’s ‘Photograph’ in the tow of ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ but that remains up for guessing.
Interestingly, Taylor Swift’s past easter eggs habit stands to blame for fans’ unsatisfied curiosity.

Taylor Swift boasts ten original studio albums, four re-recorded studio albums, five extended plays, and four live albums. While she has resorted to several teases over the years, one famous hidden clue came when in the lyrics sheet for ‘Fearless’ she spelled out “I CRIED WHILE RECORDING THIS” using capital letters and referring to her song ‘Fifteen’. Similarly, for ‘Red’ she used the same formula to spell out “ASHLEY DIANNA CLAIRE SELENA”.
In ‘1989’, she twisted the game by using uncapitalized letters whereas for ‘Folklore’ and ‘Evermore’ she used pseudonyms to refer to Joe Alwyn, who still finds himself connected. Her music videos also give glimpses of tattoos and neon signs that point to the next release, showcasing her way of engaging with fans in this game of music.
