Taylor Swift ‘Booted’ Kanye West From the Super Bowl for Trying to Steal Her Thunder, Claims Former NFL Star
Kanye West trying to steal Taylor Swift‘s thunder? That rings a bell. Both musical heavyweights recently bumped into each other at the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas. While Swift was there to have a great evening while rooting for her sweetheart Travis Kelce, Ye arrived arm in arm with his lady, Bianca Censori. A former NFL star recently shared some behind-the-scenes insights about the match. Apparently, Taylor Swift kicked Kanye West out of the stadium during the Super Bowl after he tried to steal her spotlight.

Former NFL star Brandon Marshall recently sat for a conversation on the I AM ATHLETE podcast. He claimed that Kanye West deliberately tried to ruin Taylor Swift’s focus by photobombing her in the game’s coverage. Agitated by Ye’s behavior, the ‘Red’ creator made a “call or two” and booted West from the stadium. While there is no solid confirmation regarding how Marshal came to know about this sensational insider scoop, or if anyone should trust this claim, his statement did bring back some major flashbacks.
Kanye West and Taylor Swift’s feud has been one of the most popular beefs in the history of the music world. Very recently, the stars were once again pitted against each other on Spotify, as they both vied to become the number one artist on the streaming platform. The race to the top was intense yesterday, with both of them constantly surpassing each other, but ultimately Ye reached the top spot. However, whether the beef is still alive between them even after over a decade is up for debate, especially given Ye’s recent statement.

Ye on the unfair compensation given to Taylor Swift by streaming giants
Even more significant than his alleged beef with Taylor Swift, Kanye West is annoyed with music streaming services. Recently, the first volume of his latest album ‘Vultures’ faced a snub from streaming platforms, including Apple Music. Meanwhile, the album did not even get a feature on Spotify. When asked about the same by TMZ following the Super Bowl match, Ye slammed the streaming platforms for not doing justice to artists in terms of pay.

The ‘Donda’ rapper claimed that platforms like Spotify poorly compensate artists like Taylor Swift, Drake, The Weeknd, and Adele in proportion to the number of streams they generate. He also let slip that their removal of his album will not change the fact that he is “Number 1“. Given this recent advocacy for his peers, including Swift, it is tough to believe that he would want to ignite a new feud with the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer, as claimed by Brandon Marshall.
