And then there is Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, who openly conveyed her dislike for the almost-billionaire singer.

The friction between an ex and a current partner is not something the world has not seen before. There are definitely some exceptions, including Swift herself, who has a reputation for staying on good terms with her ex-boyfriend’s former and current partners. However, Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Maya Benberry, does not really vibe with this idea. As reported by Page Six, Benberry recently threw shade at Swift by liking a questionable comment aimed at the alleged couple. 

Recently, fans have been flooding the comment sections of Benberry’s one-month-old Instagram posts. In one of the selfies she posted from her trip to Monte Carlo, a fan took a dig at the rumored couple calling Swift “a FRAIL GAIL…who beside her fame is 5”. Benberry, who started dating Kelce from his E! dating reality series Catching Kelce in 2016, liked the fan comment dissing Swift. 

Apart from giving subtle hints of her dislike for the ‘Red’ artist, Benberry also went on record to warn Swift about Kelce.

Maya Benberry warned Swift against Kelce

Benberry dated Kelce for several months after his reality show, and then soon split up for unknown reasons. However, after Kelce started rubbing his shoulders with Kayla Nicole, Benberry revealed some shocking details about her past relationship. The 31-year-old internet personality shared the reason for her split with the NFL champ and accused him of cheating. As the soccer star’s link-up with the Grammy award-winning singer became the talk of the town, Benberry gave an exclusive interview to Daily Mail about Kelce.

Benberry warned Swift about her newest rumored boyfriend and said, “Once a cheater always a cheater”. In an effort to be a “girls’ girl”, she advised the 33-year-old singer to keep an eye out for red flags. However, a close source to Kelce recently claimed that Benberry’s statements are just empty talk. The source revealed that all the “cheating” allegations on Kelce are false and Benberry was only trying to get her “15 minutes of fame“.
