One of these is the re-recording of the remainder of Taylor Swift’s albums. The songstress has been re-recording her albums for a while now to regain control of her music catalog. However, nothing has come up so far regarding the re-recording of her 2017 album, 'Reputation'.

Netizens recently noticed that Taylor Swift’s ‘Reputation’ ensemble, the Roberto Cavalli catsuit from the Eras Tour, is shedding. This outfit has been a constant on the Eras Tour and is allegedly symbolic of the beef she had with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian. While there are multiple outfits for the rest of the Eras on the Tour, ‘Reputation’ has only one. However, this is not the first wardrobe malfunction Swift has had to deal with since her tour got underway.

Recently, during her May 19 Eras Tour show in Stockholm, the songstress found herself having to untangle her entire ombré blue wrap dress until one of her crew members rushed onto the stage to assist her. Aside from the wardrobe malfunctions, the pop star has also had a few minor mishaps but managed to handle them with grace there on the stage.

The shedding of this 'Reputation' outfit, however, has surprisingly made fans hopeful for the release of ‘Reputation (Taylor’s Version)'. 

The snake imagery in ‘Reputation’ is very significant, and one can also see it in the Eras Tour outfit that is seemingly shedding. Fans have likened this to the shedding of a literal snake. They are hopeful about experiencing ‘Reputation (Taylor’s Version)’ as soon as the outfit sheds completely, hinting that this is probably also one of those Easter eggs Taylor Swift is known for. 

Some fans were also upset that the iconic outfit was seemingly falling apart. 

Meanwhile, some believed that it was high time this outfit retired from the tour. 

While fans are absolutely ready for 'Reputation (Taylor’s Version)' to drop, given that they had been anticipating its announcement even before the Grammys, there is no word yet on when it will be released. The pop star will likely reserve this year to promote 'The Tortured Poets Department,' which means fans should not expect any other drops before 2025.
