After creating a chain of controversies, Kanye West went incognito in the music industry, much like a tortoise tucking into its shell to stay away from the chaos. After a hiatus of over a year, the rapper is finally making headlines with speculations about a new album. While the icon himself has not given any official word on his album, there are enough credible sources on the internet confirming the return of Ye to the music scene. Ye will reportedly break his year-long hiatus with a joint album with Ty Dolla $ign.

Claims about the upcoming album being Ye’s best music in at least five years further intensified the anticipation of fans. Meanwhile, the latest update on the album suggests that the wait is finally over.

West and $ign have given numerous collaborated hits since 2014, including ‘Only One’, ‘Real Friends’, and ‘Ego Death’. As for their upcoming album, the rappers are reportedly on the lookout for more partners for its release. A recent Billboard report revealed that musicians are choosing their distributors for their forthcoming collaborative album. And because of not arriving at a decision, the release of the album faced a pushback.

The source, however, confirmed that the rappers “will make a decision soon” and release their album in the coming weeks. Ye and $ign last collaborated for the ‘Donda’ album, which pushed all other albums from the charts and claimed the top spot. The ‘Donda’ album won four platinum certifications and three gold ones and even tied the record set by Eminem. Two years after their last collaboration in ‘Junya Pt 2’, $ign and Ye is coming back with another banger.

Apart from depriving his fans of chart-busting albums, Ye has also been fueling his fans’ anticipation for a live performance. Although he did make a surprise appearance at Travis Scott’s ‘Utopia’ concert, there has not been any solo show by the rapper for around two years. However, as per recent reports from ReggiOnline, Ye is preparing for a ground-shaking concert at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia.
