According to a recent poll, there are plenty of other players besides Travis Kelce who would love to see Taylor Swift at the matches.

The Athletic recently conducted a new survey with 102 anonymous NFL players. Turned out, 72.5% of them believed Taylor Swift's presence was a good thing for the league. One player even mentioned that the attention Swift is bringing to the NFL could lead to more money in players' pockets. Only five players viewed it as a downside for the NFL, while 23 were somewhere in the middle on the subject.

Those who saw Swift’s presence as negative felt the singer was stealing the spotlight at the games from other important aspects. One player pointed out the NFL's season-opener video, which featured Taylor Swift more than some of the league's quarterbacks. However, the singer has been missing a few back-to-back NFL games of Travis Kelce, which has raised suspicions about that infamous breakup contract.

This was her second consecutive no-show after the game against the Atlanta Falcons, where Travis Kelce looked visibly sad and down. After Swift's first absence, fans speculated that the NFL star might not have been in a good emotional place- likely because of the rumored breakup. 

Fans quickly linked these NFL no-shows of Swift to the viral contract that claimed the couple was set to part ways on September 28. The contract was rumored to have been created by Kelce's PR firm- although the player's team dismissed it as “false and fabricated.” Nonetheless, it seems the majority is hoping the pop star will make her return to the NFL, which could finally lay the breakup rumors to rest as well.
