Not only did he bring out the high-profile artists by swimming and picking the best of the best, but he also made his daughter North West’s debut in the album. Despite his troubles with track clearance and missing out on a Nicki Minaj feature for ‘New Body’, it seems that new rays of sunshine are in the way for Ye fans since Minaj just hyped up her “biggest barbz”.

Taking to her Instagram story, Nicki Minaj just posted a TikTok video of North West and her best friend, Gracie, rapping on her track ‘Super Bass’. In the video, the duo hopped on the ‘of course trend’ to claim themselves as the “biggest Barbz”. The Barbz Presidentduane, also called the Barbz, is the name of the group of Minaj’s dedicated fans. And by all indications, it seems North and Gracie are definitely one, and even Minaj approves it with a reminder of “clean versions only”. 

Previously, both North and Kim Kardashian have made several TikToks to Minaj’s tracks and proven to be big fangirls. However, that did not let in the track clearance for Kanye West. However, now this promotion by Minaj prompts the idea of whether she is rethinking one. 

Fans were quick to swarm the thread if this nod meant an upcoming green flag for the next volume of ‘Vultures’.

Fans hope for Nicki Minaj’s backing for ‘Vultures’ after her story for North West

Previously, the controversy ladder reached the zenith when Minaj denied the track clearance and West’s response got a backlash from Barbz. However, now that North West herself claims to be one among the many, it makes fans wonder what is next for Minaj and Ye. A user wrote “THANK GOD NORTH IS A BARB” because at least it gives a ray of hope. Another fan cracked a joke saying, “Her dad a barb too 😂”.

As fans were looking out for positivity in the entire thread, one of them got straight to the point. They wrote,”ye put her up to this so nicki could clear that song😂”. Another fan could see the resemblance between the father and daughter to claim, “North is fun because she is the Ye version 🤣🤣💕💕💕💕💕”. While the thread continued with urges, a supporter wrote, “Thank god she’s a barb we won”. Although as of yet no nods have been on the way from Minaj regarding the clearance, should it happen, a victory celebration might just replace the raves and a Minaj-West show could be in the works.
