It was just days ago when producer Fya Man took Reddit by storm. He dropped some very exciting information in his exclusive interaction with fans about Kanye West. Questions regarding Ye’s musical pursuits were all that flooded the AMA session, and Man obliged. After a year-long sabbatical in 2022, this year might finally see an album that is all about, in Man’s words, “Old Ye but new with the times.” Moreover, Ye was even reported as being so immersed in the writing process that he spent his birthday working heavily on music. All of this together raises the bar high for Ye fans who have been patiently waiting for the rapper to bless them with new music. 

While Man dropped some interesting details on one Ye song, another subreddit just dropped major rumors about the whole upcoming new album. 

Is Ye coming with a new album?

The new ‘Info Dump’ by GoodAssSub just dropped fresh rumors. The new Ye album will supposedly be a mix of the 2010 Grammy winner ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’ and 2016’s ‘The Life of Pablo’. Not only is Ye’s 2010 album one of the most critically acclaimed, Rolling Stone’s Rob Sheffield called it “the best and most wildly inspired album;” adding that no other music was as dark or uncanny. Even Elton John and Rihanna made guest appearances on it.

Not just that, the album will be a mix of the famous ‘College Dropout’ album whose song ‘Flashing Lights’ currently climbed the charts, and “a little bit of turbo.” Additionally, the insider also added that Ty Dolla $ign and Opium were engaged in a studio session with the owner of the Donda Academy. Even recently, Ye’s song ‘New Body’ featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Nicki Minaj leaked on X.
