This wish has now gotten even more traction after one of Taylor Swift’s live version songs from the Eras Tour got a feature at the Paris Olympics. The track was ‘...Ready For It (Live from Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour)’ which has been used for the promotion of the European multi-sport event. Swifties started speculating about a live album first in October 2023, when the pop star released a live version of ‘Cruel Summer’ from the Eras Tour.

This led fans to wonder how many other tracks would have been officially recorded from the tour, and if they will ever see the light of day. However, following the release of 'The Tortured Poets Department', the hype for a live album cooled off a bit. Now, thanks to the Paris Olympics, fans are once again over the moon, eagerly anticipating an Eras Tour live album release.

They have flooded X, certain that a live album from Taylor Swift is in the works and that it is only a matter of time before it drops. 

Live albums have become quite popular in recent times. Many A-listers have made albums of their tours, including Ariana Grande and Beyoncé. The sole purpose of these albums is to make fans feel as if they have been sent back in time, right there in the front row all over again, and relieving their favorite performances. Even Taylor Swift herself has four live albums to her name. Now, fans believe it is high time she makes the Eras Tour immortalized in the streaming world. "THE LIVE ALBUM IS COMING OH MY GOD,” wrote a fan.

Fans stated that they are "ready" to delight their ears with the album and also enjoy the Paris Olympics feature. 

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is officially ending this year, and what better way to wrap up this historic tour than with a live album? Given that there has not been a live album from any of Swift’s other eras aside from 'Speak Now' and 'Lover', now would be the perfect time to cement the Eras Tour in musical history.
