Ty Dolla $ign recently swung by the red couch at the 4HUNNID podcast to chat about his collaboration with Ye and hinted at more music on the way. When questioned about what it was like collaborating with the legendary rapper, $ign had nothing but praise, throwing around phrases like "amazing, bro," "life-changing," and "very educational". He also appreciated Ye’s “perspective not only on music but on life”.
The spark for the duo and their album came to life when they crossed paths in a studio during their Japan trip. $ign pitched the idea to Ye, asking if he would be keen to executive produce his next album, and the 'College Dropout' creator was totally up for it. Their first track together after that was 'Burn', which sampled Band of Thieves, and it got them both thinking they could really kill it if they joined forces for a whole album. However, it is not just $ign who speaks so highly of his 'Vultures' collaborator.
Even Ye gave props to the 'Swalla' singer for supporting him when the rest of the world was turning its back on him.
