Throughout her career, the queen of the sad girl aesthetic has been linked with many of her fellow musicians, industry folks, and even reality TV stars. But one of the most buzzed-about relationships of hers has been with her tour guide. And it seems Lana Del Rey might just have vowed to love her alligator guide boyfriend until the end of time.

Lana Del Rey is now officially off the market, as has also been confirmed by the Daily Mail. The 'Summertime Sadness' artist tied the knot with her tour guide, Jeremy Dufrene, this Thursday. The couple said their vows by the water in Des Allemands, Louisiana- the very bayou where Dufrene’s swamp boat tours have been reeling in tourists for years. Recently, some pictures of Del Rey walking down the aisle by her father Robert Grant with a floral bouquet in hand melted hearts on social media right away.

Del Rey, who found herself defeated by her close friend earlier this year, glowed in a billowing white gown, while her curly ponytail cascaded over one shoulder. This news came right after the two reportedly obtained a marriage license at the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Courts office. Rumors about Del Rey’s romance with Dufrene first began in August 2024, after a fan spotted them backstage at the UK’s Leeds Festival. But it looks like their paths may have crossed as far back as 2019.

Chances are, there romance is anything but new- since Dufrene had already made his debut on Del Rey's social media back in 2019. 

Jeremy Dufrene is a captain with Arthur's Airboat Tours in Louisiana. And Lana Del Rey likely met her now-husband that same year when she hopped on one of Dufrene's airboat tours during the BUKU Music + Art Project festival in Louisiana. Right after, she posted photos from the adventure on Facebook, with her then-tour guide, with a caption that read, "Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x.”

Following that, Dufrene also posted about their meeting on Instagram, writing, "I never know who I can run across on my tours but always a pleasure @lanadelrey.” This year, in May, Del Rey made more of an official announcement of her relationship by referring to Dufrene as "my guy" on an Instagram post. She has since been spotted out and about with him in New York several times. And now that they have tied the knot, we might see even more of the happy couple both on social media and out in the world.
