Kendrick Lamar might have won the superiority battle with Drake single-handedly, but he forgot there are bigger players in the town. Days after the feud with Drake settled with the dust, Lamar's reign comes to an end, and he is now tasting defeat. The Houston rapper, Travis Scott, has surpassed Lamar in global acclaim and recognition, dominating the charts. Following his smash hit release with 'UTOPIA' and back-to-back re-releases, the rapper is gradually coming after all the top chart holders.

As the rap landscape evolves, Scott's momentum has catapulted him to the top, leaving Lamar to reassess his position.

‘FE!N’ by Travis Scott is not just a rap song anymore. Transcending the category, it has evolved into an infectious hardcore anthem for success-driven music enthusiasts seeking to conquer the world. And the numbers concur. As brought to the public's attention by NFR Podcast, Travis Scott and Playboi Carti's 'FE!N' surpassed Kendrick Lamar’s 'Not Like Us', for the first time since its release, in global Spotify charts, yesterday to become the Most Streamed Rap Song in the world.

Not only that, but Travis Scott is also dominating the Billboard Top R&B/Hip Hop albums chart, holding the top spot for four consecutive weeks with his latest album 'UTOPIA'. Eminem's recent release closely follows, securing the second position. Notably, Kendrick Lamar's critically acclaimed 'DAMN' trails behind Scott's 'UTOPIA', solidifying Scott's reign. The album trail-blazed by the Playboy Carti starrer has catalyzed Scott's significant impact on the hip-hop scene.

In other news, Kendrick Lamar and Travis Scott's collaborative hit, 'Goosebumps', has received recent recognition for its lasting impact. Released almost a decade ago, in 2016, the song's ominous beat continues to resonate with listeners. Certified multi-platinum, ‘Goosebumps’ has come up as yet another of Scott's undefeated hits. Moreover, it also pushed Lamar to share the limelight, since his feature in the song only made it better.

The RIAA has reaffirmed ‘Goosebumps’ as a Platinum single marking Scotts' second after 'SICKO MODE', with critics going all praises for the track's chemistry. The dynamic collaboration has smashed records, soaring past the 10 million sales benchmark to reach an incredible 13 million units sold, up from 8 million just two years ago. This comes at a glorious music streak for Scott with his 'DAYS BEFORE RODEO' debuting at the number 1 spot on Billboards 200.
