Kendrick Lamar and Drake Beef Has a Clear Winner as Siri Roars ‘Not Like Us’ on Demand

In an era where the Internet would jump up to cancel anyone that was remotely disrespectful to even a speck of dust, let alone a pop star that has been reigning with the most platinum singles, Kendrick Lamar gave everyone a lesson on how to be the biggest hater and was arguably crowned the King for it. Or 'short King' as the keyboard cinephiles like to call him now. Despite 'Not Like Us' echoing all around the globe, there seemed to be doubts about who was the clear winner as the fandoms continued to battle.

With Lamar not backing down and releasing a music video, equally scathing, months after his song became the equivalent of pelting stones, Siri has offered him its assistance in the shadiest of ways.

Kendrick Lamar has technology by his side

Ever since the rap battle ensued, celebrities rushed to declare their stance and soon enough, the entire Hollywood industry was divided into two. The most recent declaration came from Camilla Cabello who sided with Drake. However, just when the see-saw was about to fall flat, Siri played the strongest of cards. Famous X account, RapTV posted a video of Siri playing 'Not Like Us' when asked to play 'Certified Lover Boy', thus proving that Drake might have Cabello by his side, but Kendrick Lamar quite literally has technology siding with him.

This is not the first time that the titanic impact of Kendrick Lamar's diss track for Drake has been so evident. Not long ago, the artist performed 'Not Like Us' five times in a row, as a sea of crowd chanted the lyrics along with him. This, alongside the song reigning high on the charts, is just proof of the streamlined win that Lamar has acquired.

Any doubts that remained about the impact of 'Not Like Us' were further cleared as he dropped his music video and subsequently robbed the Los Angeles Public Library of its adored puppet.

Much like how Siri made her stance clear by playing 'Just Like That' when asked to play 'Certified Lover Boy', there are others who are contemplating just how far to go to show their support for Kendrick Lamar, and the Los Angeles Public Library seems to be one of them. When Kendrick Lamar metaphorically beat up Drake with an owl piñata, the library questioned whether it should retire its owl puppet on its official TikTok account.

While they may have only been partaking in the jams and jabs, given how even children have been chanting the 'Not Like Us' lyrics as if it were the gospel, it would not be farfetched for them to remove their owl puppet used for children's programming. Therefore, proving that the title of the winner may remain ambiguous, but the impact is clearly profound.
