Kanye West’s $57,000,000 Malibu Abode May Continue To Rot, After a Heartbreaking Update for His Construction Company
As Kanye West makes a comeback, it will be a long way before the Malibu Beach house gets a second look. The singer made headlines when he first purchased the $57 million Malibu beach house. Being a billionaire, the dream beach house was just going to be another prized possession to the musician’s lavish lifestyle. He had completely uprooted the home to redesign it in his own way.
A lot happened since then, from losing his billionaire status to divorcing Kim Kardashian. That fall ended up in the sudden halt of his house’s makeover. Although there have been several updates on it since then, it now looks like the fate of the property may permanently be in the dark.

The aftermath of Ye’s split with Adidas acted as a domino effect on all aspects of his life. For one, he lost his billionaire status, which slowed down his lavish lifestyle suddenly. But according to The Sun, any hopes for the completion of his Malibu home have also fainted now. This is because his Yeezy Construction Inc., shut down back in November. The office of this company was set up on a $14 million ranch in Wyoming, which is also said to be left in the dust.
This update came as construction workers in Malibu stopped the work, leaving the skeletons of the home to rot. Debris, humid beach weather, birds, and other external conditions have led to its rotting. As per reports, the singer has not given it a second long for a while.
The rapper and the designer has always been appreciated for his design skills, which extended to his properties as well.

The minimalistic home had several features, including an ‘invisible sink’ that turned into a trendsetter. While the home was designed with the help of Axel Vervoordt, the Malibu one would have showed off Japanese designs.
