Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have been battling major music streaming platforms since the release of the first volume of ‘Vultures’. What was initially seen as a major comeback for the rapper has not proven to be an easy journey. Recently, Apple Music and iTunes removed the joint album by Ye and $ign from their platform. $ign shared a story on his Instagram, with a screenshot of his chat with Kanye West, where the ‘Donda’ rapper seemed to be motivating his friend despite the circumstances.

Despite the snubs, the rappers are holding onto their spirits. $ign achieved a huge milestone of #1 on Billboard 200 over a decade after he debuted on the charts. Kanye West reminded $ign of how hard they worked on the album and stayed “solid 10 toes” even without any support from the industry. Ye wrote “Let’s keep winning“, hinting at the next two installments of the albums being even bigger masterpieces. Even though streaming giants removed the album, a few singles stayed put.

A few singles from the album, including ‘Talking’, which featured North West, stayed available on the platforms. And within hours, the album was back on the applications with the help of Label Engine, who had taken over distribution for ‘Vultures 1’ after FUGA. As of now, the entire album can be found on Spotify, except for the ‘Good (Don’t Die)’ track, which is currently unplayable on the platform. This particular track had been taken down from the service following copyright complaints from Donna Summer’s estate.

Donna Summer, however, was not the only artist to accuse Kanye West of allegedly sampling songs without consent. Ozzy Osbourne also joined the bandwagon with some explosive claims.

Kanye West reacted to Ozzy Osbourne’s accusations

Ozzy Osbourne lashed out at Kanye West on social media, accusing the rapper of appropriating a Black Sabbath song recording without permission. Despite this, the rapper released the ‘Vultures’ song ‘Carnival’ without the sampled material. Osbourne delivered a scathing message on his social media, branding West as an “antisemite” who has inflicted “heartache to many“. He also made it clear that he wants no affiliation with the Grammy-winning rapper.

Responding to the accusation, West turned to Instagram and posted a screenshot of a conversation. The chat featured a picture of Osbourne and his wife from last year’s Halloween, alongside a text reading, “he obviously has a celebrity handler who’s on his account”. He also went on an explosive tirade on his Instagram, addressing the negativity surrounding him following his musical comeback. With his unshackled response to the criticism, it appears that the rapper is gearing up to shake things up with the release of the next volumes of ‘Vultures’.
