In the last year, Kanye West has proved that he still has what it takes to be one of the biggest artists in the world. While he may have been focusing on his music in the last few months, it looks like the rapper is ready to jump back into the world of fashion. After he recently took over the world with his rather surprising Super Bowl advertisement, the 46-year-old has dropped another shocker on the Yeezy website.

Apart from his out-of-the-box shoes and WET t-shirts, the father of four has now added more items from a collaboration that no one was expecting.

Kanye West’s new Yeezy reveal

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), it was revealed that Kanye West had dropped a brand new Yeezy collection. However, this time, it was not his usual mesh or see-through outfits. Instead, he ended up sharing a new collaboration called YZY Gap, which also retailed for only $20. The items featured hoodies and joggers that the rapper himself has been seen wearing on numerous occasions.

The latest reveal came as a surprise because the contract between Gap and the rapper had been terminated in September 2022. While there has been no confirmation on whether Ye has chosen to sell his remaining stock of clothes from two years ago, it seems unlikely that the brand would have teamed up with the 46-year-old once more. After all, with his controversial behavior in recent years, he lost a lot of epic collaborations.

Gap may have been one of his canceled collaborations. However, the worst one had to be when Adidas chose to take a step back from West’s unruly online behavior.

A few years ago, Kanye West had a huge fall from his throne. While he was once considered a game-changer in the world of rap and fashion, all of that went out the window when the rapper failed to keep his intrusive thoughts to himself. His behavior not only affected his marriage to Kim Kardashian, but it also caused a lot of problems for the brands he was working with, mainly Adidas.

Although the falling out of their deal left both Ye and Adidas in the lurch, both the rapper and the fashion apparel brand chose to push out the remaining products that they had in store. However, the shoe manufacturer came to that decision only after facing a massive loss in the year following its split from the rapper.
