Just a little while ago, West shared an Instagram story carrying a screenshot of messages sent by The Legendary Traxster to Wayne Create. In it, the ‘Burn’ co-producer explained that for some reason, Spotify “always lags” when “immediate releases” are made spontaneously. According to him, the almost $9 billion worth Spotify tends to fall “behind” Apple Music, so the delay in its release should only be temporary

Considering that this is the first project Ye has created under the banner of the ¥$ duo, the monumental moment’s elusiveness has been irking fans worldwide. Not to forget that the 46-year-old released it under his own label YZY. Since not everybody is willing to pay the $11.99 fee on Apple Music, fingers remain crossed for the eventual Spotify release.

As for the performance of the album, good news has started to emerge.

On its first day itself, ‘Vultures’ climbed the iTunes top 200 albums chart and placed at the No. 1 position. As of now, Apple’s platform suggests that the album consists of 16 tracks with a runtime of 55 minutes! Some tracks from it like ‘Vultures (Havoc Version)’ featuring Bump J and Lil Durk have already received a music video along with the song’s YouTube release.

Not only the title track but also the one that carries West’s daughter’s vocals, ‘Talking/Once Again’ was dropped the day before with an accompanying video. This score is all the more special considering it is North West’s debut song and showcases some heart-warming moments shared by the father-daughter duo in its cinematic video. Considering the album’s popularity, her foray into hip-hop appears to be a success.
