In the recent episode of Ye Updates, it seems that the rapper is looking out for a couture resurgence as much as he has been eyeing his musical retreat. Until some time ago, his wife, Bianca Censori, was steering the wheels of donning audacious attire to turn heads and welcome criticisms. However, as of now, West has also ignited fan frenzy worldwide by adorning himself in daring garbs; first with his blinding bling of titanium dentures and now with his recent obsession with Jason masks.

The rapper from Atlanta, wearing this iconic mask, recently made an appearance at Guillermo Andrade’s grand opening of 424 Melrose. West was clicked alongside Westside Gunn and DeRay Davis, serving his signature black leather jacket look. While the world has grown used to his all-black ensembles by now, it is his controversial Jason mask pairing that made his attendance all the more chaotic for fans online. 

Even though over the years the audience has witnessed Kanye West sporting various masks, his recent donning of the same looks like a commencement of his new age fashion era. From masks embellished with Swarovski crystal to the classic Balenciaga sheer visage veil to his recently found obsession with Jason masks, Ye has proven again that he is the king of unconventionality. 

As a result, it took only hours for the look range to go viral and create traffic as the next mob trend.

Be it music or fashion, Kanye West is a genius that treads both ways. With only days left for the ‘Vultures’ to debut, West is gearing up for a makeover to make sure all eyes are on him. While there is no doubt that he has been succeeding in the same, apart from the ‘Vultures’ volume I, it seems like a West-led fashion renaissance is also warming up. Along with that, a fresh set of anticipation is wrapping around the fandom as well.

Many fans seem to have gone in-depth with their observations. But others seem stringent with curiosity about what is next. Some were really excited to demand a Westside Gunn collaboration.
